SD card stuff

Following some great advice given through this forum, I have now bought a 256MB SD card from Ebuyer for the sum of £45+VAT for my E100. My question is do I need to format it in any way and if so how? I have the Resco task manager, but this doesn't have a card format option. If I do need to format, can i do this via the PC link, or will I need to get some new software?

Sorry, I'm sure this is very simple information to experienced users.

I never tried formatting my SD cards and so far theyre working just fine.

Anyway, to format SD, run TaskManager, click the softkey for File, then choose Format SD/MMC card Ü
