Orange - SPV E200 & Motorola MPX200

Right, I've been looking into the MPX200 and the SPV E200 for a couple of weeks now and it has to be said I love the idea of Windows on my Moby.

Firstly a couple of (possibly stupid :? ) questions but they may sway purchase:-

If I purchase either phone, can I route internet access through my PC's BroadBand for downloadinng the progs thus saving GPRS charges?

Do I really need to do the above, or is it just a case of downloading them onto my PC then whack 'em on the SD card to install?

Is the USB cable the same a std USB to mini USB?

Secondly, I just spoke to Orange whinging about the cost of an upgrade compared to the instigation of a new contract and they offered me an MPX200 for free and an SPV E200 for £99.99 on my £15 pm tariff!

It's not something they advertise but give them some harassment and they'll tell you 'their dept has more leaway on deals and upgrades'.
