Guest Nicoline Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 Hello, can anybody tell me if I can install Agile Messenger , Pocket Candy and Power Pocket Slideshow on my SD card? I need to know because my device memory got full even though I cleaned up my inbox etc so I removed those three programms but I would like them back. So I asked myself, can't I install them on my sd card and will they work then? Does anybody know that and what I need to do? Thank in advance.
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 Welcome to the site  All apps and games should be installed to the Storage Card that way you should never get your phones memory full, unless you recieve hundreds of SMS and never delete them.
Guest Nicoline Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 Thanks a lot. I put all my apps that I had in my IPMS/ Program File on my SD card and it work perfectly. And my device has back a memory of 1,5 MB that great. Now I don't get stuck that often anymore. :-)
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 It does sound like you may need to clear up some more space if possible as ideally you should have around 5-6MB free in the IPSM.
Guest Nicoline Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 Awarner help! As I said I installed Pocket Candy Settings on my sd card and I also can run it on my device. But somehow I can't get access to the screensavers anymore even though I put the folder screensaver in it as it was before. So why doesn't it work anymore???? Please help!!!!
Guest Nicoline Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 5 to 6 MB???? I don't know what more I could clear up....what about homeimages???? Will they work on the sd too?
Guest Nicoline Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 and what about my ringtones????
Guest dinoalbert Posted November 22, 2003 Report Posted November 22, 2003 @nicoline ALL Games and ALL apps should be installed in the SD card....transfer also all photos and other files in your My Documents folder to the card.....install only a couple of homescreens that you often use....and if you are using the Qtek or Imate rom, you can store all you ringtones and wav files to the SD card...otherwise, install a third party app so you can place those wav files in the SD card
