MPx200 - Can it be unlocked for Dev?

I don't have one (yet), whether I do get one depends on whether it can be unlocked or not - I want to develop and have a real device to test on. If it can't be done with the MPx then I guess it'll have to be an SPV.

The Orange developer website only mentions SPV and E100, but will that change?

Yes, the MPx200 can be application unlocked and I can confirm it makes a VERY nice development platform. Check out http://smartphone.modaco.com/viewtopic.php?t=97152.
