MPx200 and Orange Retail Is Clearvue meant to be included ?

Hi Guys,

Really silly question :lol: Got my MPx200 yesterday from the Orange store in Liverpool Street. (Really Love It !!) . Anyway I could have sworn that on the information board re the MPx200 it said it came with Clearvue ?

Is this correct or am I just Crazy :?:

Boy have I tried to talk to Orange both retail and CS both don't seem to know their arm from their elbow ! If you know what I mean. Even technical support redirected me to Motorola saying that Orange do not support the phone ! :lol: ;)

Hi there,

I just bought my MPX200 from the Orange shop and it came with an additional 32mb MMC Card that contained some Ministry of Sound ringtones, pictures etc, A Timout city guide and Clearvue software. If you didn't get given this additional CD go back into the shop and ask them for it. I believe they were only delivered to Orange shops today. You are definitely entitled to one so go for it.

daisysmurf, which orange shop you got your mpx200 from, i went to the orange shop near the dixons but the staff said they have not got the phone in store.

just to let you know mate i work for o retail and its been a little unclear for us too ....

had an email today stating that the mmc free cards would be coming in today for the spv2 and mpx200 that should be giving away free with the phones ....... genuis considering we have had the phones since weds !!! turns out that there is a limited no for the first 30 customers and there will be no more sent through (only the spv2 's turned up so i expect we will get the rest tomorrow)

When i rang our ops team to find how to book the dam things on the system they informed me that the email had only gone out to business stores (which we are ) so if your local store isnt a business store they may not have got the email information.

I would give them a ring and get them to put you on aside as there is only for the first 30 customers i have made a list in date order and will be posting them out to my customers who have already purchased but whether your store will do that is anyones guess

I dont mind helping at all if its anything as good as the spv2 card its worth it
