GPRS laptop => phone

OK I've got the laptop bonded to the phone, but I can't for the life of me figure out what's next. My nokia was never this complicated :lol:

Toshiba Tecra 9100, sees the phone, goes to bond it to COM41, and tries to setup a DUN entry. However, Windows can't see a modem on it, so

a) What modem type should the smartphone be?

;) What are the dialup details for Orange GPRS?

(I don't care about getting activesync running over bluetooth, I just want my laptop to be able to use GPRS)
