Help getting email attachments with Activesync/Exchange-MIS

Hello:

I'm using a MPx200 on AT&T and getting email via ActiveSync on a MIS server on an Exchange server. Does anyone know how to get email attachments. I've seen other posts where peole say "Just click on the attachments" and then go to the attachments folder or the Volatile folder but I can't even click on the attachment. For example the email will just say"

but it won't let me click on the .ppt file. Does anyone know how to get receive attachments. I can view .ppt files with Clearvue when I transfer them from my PC but I can't figure out how to RECEIVE attachments via EMAIL. Thanks for your help!!
