E200 and VPN?

Does anyone know how to use the VPN option on the E200. I have configured the VPN options under Data Connections, but cannot see how to initiate the VPN connection?

Would be ideal for me to VPN into my office and ActiveSync my mail etc. against Exchange 2003

In answer to my own question :-

ActiveSync will automatically use the VPN connection when you select to sync. It dials up using the Internet Connection that has been configured and then uses the VPN connection.

is there any way i can access files on the VPN server?

for example through internet explorer?
