SPV Activesync of Contacts Problem

I've manually deleted my contacts from my SPV to tidy up the ones I didn't want with the intention of reloading all my latest MS Outlook contacts from my PC - I've backed up my PC contacts with an .csv file.

I've synced from my laptop - Calendar and Tasks are showing as Synchronised but Contacts show as 'See status on device'. This displays " The connection failed due to missing server information or user credentials." "Error code: DEV_9."

In Activesync...Options...Contacts I've checked 'Synchronise Contacts'

Any advice please?
