E200 check box does not disable SSL checking

BUG..

Until i can be proved otherwise i now know of 3 E200's which will not communicate via active sync to a exchange 2003 server, where the Exchange 2003 server has SSL but we set the phone NOT to use it.(i.e. as a E100 but with the SSL disable applied)

The check box in activesync options does not seem to disable SSL correctly or if it does it may be unstable. Some E200's do seem to work.
