Can anyone tell me where I can order the Qtek8080/E200/iMate

I want this phone! But the only place that I know of to get it is Expansys and ppcw.net

ppcw.net is always sold out and I am a little weary of Expansys, it has said 21 days now for um.... 21 days.

I just want to order this phone and have it shipped to me in the US. Anyone know where I can go to get this phone other than the 2 sites listed above???

The "21 days" on eXpansys isn't when the phone is due in stock, it's how long it takes for delivery when you order one (hence it not changing). I assume they must import them to order.

There is a separate section for products coming soon, where you can only pre-order.

I'm sure if you drop them a mail they'll explain what the situation is.

AdrianFRST: You are wrong, the 21 days says they'll be able to sell it in 21 days, I've known expansys for a long time and they always state fake stock time, the 8080 is on their site for weeks now, sometimes getting to "stock in 2 days" and then changing back to 21 days, which has not changed for a couple of weeks now.

Delivery is a whole other deal, nothing to do with "Availability".

To conclude - Expansys ARE NOT selling the Qtek 8080 as of now.

onestopphoneshop seeems to be the best place to get a good deal on an E-200. Check out the thread somewhere in the "main" section of the forum :lol:

Nice link! Thanks. However, it has Orange software installed. Since I won't be needing that here in the US is there anyway that I can remove any Orange software installed?

Sorry but handit.de does not have it in stock because QTEK is not able to deliver. We will have the 8080 in stock in about three weeks.

I do know that all the Qteks are available out of Norway through Dangaard but, not sure how you buy off of them ...

The Qtek and SPV E200 seem not to be available in USA. I called ACS (they sell GSM phones) and they confirmed they will not have it until early next year. On top of that they are listing it for the ridiculus price of $929.00 The ones from Europe you have to be x-tra carefull of because they may not have the sticker with FCC approval and they may also be locked. :oops:
