Call recording Is this possible.

I know we got this great feature on our phone that lets us record ourselves. Has anyone tried adapting it to record coversations on the phone and is this possible.....

I don't think it is but surely one of you smartphone junkies out there have thought of it. And possibly even tried it....

With the current phones (not sure about the latest ones though) you can't record calls using current software. Not sure if it's possible to do on the current hardware anyway.

I think it's purely a matter of legislature and/or ethics regarding recording telephone calls.

Incoming voice has to go through a d/a-conversion and vice versa for outgoing voice, right. Isn't it the Smartphone OS handeling this?
