more help with SPV needed

Hi there again just received my e200 today but need to transfer my contacts from my SPV, the thing is my spv is stuck in the red green blue canary screen.

first can i get my spv out of coloured screen?

and second can i transfer my contacts using the old activesync i got with my spv (NOT the new one as i havent installed it yet)?

Hi just replied to your PM.

I presume that you go straight to the canary screen after every startup

even though you do not press the record button?

There are two possibilities 1, as you mention in your pm the record button is stuck in :?

2, the ROM is corrupt and needs to be either hard reset or take it back to the

shop for a replacement.

Personally I would take the phone back.

hi again ive stripped my spv down and found the record button snapped off from circuit board, ive put the spv back to gether and started it up but its still stuck in the 3 colour screen,

is my phone damaged beyond repair?

is there no way i can just start it up so i can transfer my contacts to my e200?
