The only one I could fing was this one - http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/dev...rtphone;emea;62 - and that still only had 16 mb ram. well my quesiton is. any smartphone (no pda pls) with this features. Processor: 200 or more Ram: 32 or more Rom: 32 or more Thanks for you wisdom, Max
Guest Bunchie Posted November 24, 2003 Report Posted November 24, 2003 Not currently but they should start arriving with those kind of specs early next year. I believe the Motorola MPX220 which is scheduled for release in the first half of next year will have a similar spec to the one you have mentioned.
Guest morpheus2702 Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 I may be completely wrong, but I thought the Mitac Mio ran at 200MHz?
Guest Bunchie Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 Actually you are completely right! I totally forgot about the Mitac I have to admit. I wonder if / when it will appear on UK shores?
Guest morpheus2702 Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 I wouldn't have thought so but hey, we can always hope!
Guest MaximilianWeisheit Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 you said they will be coming out next year!? anyone know which ones are planned to have??? 200 mhz and 32mb rom & ram and better.. max

Guest rodnav Posted November 27, 2003 Report Posted November 27, 2003 the Xphone from O2, which will be available here in Asia but not here in the philippines, will have the same specs as the E200 except that it have 64 mb flash and 32 mb RAM. not sure if they got it backwards. O2 Xphone
Guest midnight Posted November 27, 2003 Report Posted November 27, 2003 dont mention the xphone  its symbuian for a start, and its also by sendo ;)
Guest nCoder Posted November 27, 2003 Report Posted November 27, 2003 The O2 XPhone is just the HTC Voyager isn't it, licensed for release by O2 in Asia only?
Guest dog Posted November 27, 2003 Report Posted November 27, 2003 I think the Xphone is a Voyager made by HTC It should be available from these distributors: Hong Kong - Synergy Technologies (Asia) Limited (852) 2943 2988 Hong Kong - SiS International Limited (852) 2565 1682 Singapore - SiS Technologies Limited (65) 473 9898 Malaysia - SiS Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd (60) 3 79588330 Australia - Tech Pacific Australia Pty. Limited (61) 2 9381 6000 Thailand - SiS International Limited (662) 640 3003 Indonesia - PT. SiSTECH Kharisma (62) 21-380 7668 Vietnam - Pacific Dragon Company Limited (84) 8 8327150
Guest midnight Posted November 27, 2003 Report Posted November 27, 2003 oops, sorry, thinking of a different phone, sorry, thats the sendo X (knew it hd an X in it somewhere) oh, and 64mb flash = 32mb rom + 32mb ram
Guest darkmatter Posted November 28, 2003 Report Posted November 28, 2003 200Mhz! for the Mitac? i don't think so.
Guest midnight Posted November 28, 2003 Report Posted November 28, 2003 erm, i think you'll find it is  http://65.115.69.88/mio/products_mio8380.asp
Guest MaximilianWeisheit Posted December 4, 2003 Report Posted December 4, 2003 anymore with 200 MHZ because I just need a faster smartphone! FASTER = BETTER ,-)))
Guest nCoder Posted December 4, 2003 Report Posted December 4, 2003 The power requirements for a 133Mhz processor seem to be too great for Voyager at the moment, so a bigger processor would mean a physically bigger and heavier battery, and if the phone gets any bigger than Voyager people will start complaining that you might as well just go out an buy a PocketPC. Besides as with processor history, the performance of a 200Mhz processor as opposed to a 133Mhz will not give the same performance leap the way simply including addition RAM has in the current phones.
