Extract files from IPSM backup on SD??

I had my E100 **** up today randomly. Not sure how and why, but it is no more important.

My E100 hang on 'iMate' logo (Orange Sunset Screen) and would do no more.

Backed up my IPSM on spare SD (sod the music!) and Erased IPSM. But I have some very important info in my contacts and inbox, that was not synced..

The question now is: is it possible to extract files from IPSM that is backed up on SD? I know it should be, just how?

Extract IPSM backupd on SD?...no idea how to do it.

You should have backupd your mxip_initdb.vol and cemail.vol first:

Pzee, I know how to back it up, I just can't be bothered to do it all the time, it's not a server - just a phone. And I really do not need to usualy.

What I do need is (sometimes when all f***s up) - backup IPSM, hardreset and just extract the required files from SD IPSM backup.
