Help setting up new Phone network settings

OK I have purhased and receive my Orange SPV-E200 developer phone. I am in the US and I need to set up the phone to use my ATTWS data services. So I need to know how to add new accounts for the following

Change Default number called for Voice Mail

Add ATTWS MMS data account

Add ATTWS WAP settings

Add ATTWS GPRS settings.
