I want to use Lotus Organizer on my MPx200 .... can I install full blown software on this phone ??? How do I do it ???

No you can't. Lotus Organizer is a PC program only and will not work on your phone OS.

It's not even possible, as far as I know, to sync with Lotus Organizer using ActiveSync.
