New cradle

Hi all,

Got this phone today and I am very impressed. I went from an original SPV to a 3650 and now to this ... and I'm glad I did.

My question is: does anyone know where I can get a second cradle from?

I want to have one at home and one at work.

It doesn't appear that they are available for purchase as an accessory yet I am afraid. I would like an additional cradle too, but as yet have been unable to find one for sale anywhere. Even the official motorola accessory shop doesn't mention it. I assume that when the phone becomes a little more widespread they will be released.

If you are just looking to be able to connect your phone at both home and work though, an additional mini USB cable is all you need. Ok, so you'll have to lay the phone on the desk, and you'll have to manually plug in the phone rather than just dropping in the cradle, but thats not too much of an issue, right ! :wink:

Actually a second cradle would be handy if i can rigup a keyboard to plug in the back of it....!!!!

Not that they ever really know whats going on - but the Orange shop near me said they will be getting spare cradles after Christmas along with a load of other accessories for the MPX200. Could quite easily be rubbish though as Orange shop staff seem to be last to know anything!
