Does anyone know if you can type a '/' & a '' on this phone as I would need it to log onto email.

Yeah it's just the same routine as with all previous SPV's & smartphones... when U are typing text just press and hold the '#' key and it will open uip the symbols page and then just select thje symbol U want to insert :wink:
