Music plays through the speaker when a call comes in...

This is a problem I'm having with my E100, I assume it happens with the original and the E200 aswell. If I'm listening to music with my headset when a call comes in, the music plays through the phone's speaker for a second before it stops altogether and the phone starts ringing. Does anyone know of any way to stop this? Seems silly to me.

I've not noticed this I'l have to dig out my headphones and give it a go.

No, wouldn't have thought there would be a fix. Just seems a bit naff, could be just sitting on the train or something, when all of a sudden music comes blasting out of my phone... not altogether desirable :!:

Hmm, when I'm listening to music through my headphones and a call comes in I just get the ringtone through the phones and the music cuts out ... always thought it worked quite well, seems I may just have a lucky phone :wink:

I'm beggining to think it's just me now :oops: Quite surprised really, I thought someone else might have this problem. Out of interest, what phone do you have? It could be a problem specific to the E100 (unless that's the phone you've got.)

I have set my headet profile to only use Vibrate after being seriously deafened a few times.

Always worked ok for me though - phone rings - music stops.

Then again.. there was a girl that started dancing in her seat on the train one time when my "Tour De France" ringtone kicked in on the headphones. Always thought that was a little odd. Maybe it did come thru the speaker after all.

No, your not the only one moo-ski-doo, I have the same thing happen on my E100 as well. I have a WAV as my ringtone and it plays through the earphones and the speaker at the same time. It doesn't matter if your listening to something on the phone or not, it can just be idle at the homescreen with the headphones plugged in and the same problem still occurs. Another little 'feature'!

Ah well, guess I'll have to learn to live with it then :D Maybe the 1.6 update will fix it?!!!! Wishful thinking I know :lol:
