how can I store my contacts on the memory card?

my spv has only a small memory. my idea is to store the contacts on the memory card (sd card). could someone say my how I can do that.

Not ideal. You only get name and number instead of work number, home number... etc.

Also your contacts won't actually take up that much space. Type them in a text file and save them and you'll get some idea how little space they take up.

However, if you're sure then use the SIM Manager in the Programs menu.

Dammit. Just reread you post and relalised you said SD card, rather than SIM.

Don't think you can, but even if you could I wouldn't recommend this. The Phone needs contact info all the time (if you get a call it looks up who it is, if you type a name it suggests contacts that match this name... etc.) so they are probably best kept on the phone itself, rather than on the SD card.

Also, as I mentioned unless you have thousands of contacts they won't take up much spce. It's program files and MP3s that take up space - store them on the SD card.
