Getting a new E200 - What to pack?

So I'm getting a new E200, to hopefully get rid of the buzz. The nice woman on the phone said "You will need to return the handset, battery and charger". Now that's unusal in itself, normally they simply ask for the handset.

I asked her if she meant the docking cradle when she said "charger" and she seemed a little confused, and decided that she just mean the charger.

So, those that have had gone through the return process did you

a) Return everything, including the cradle.

or

 Return the power leads only.

or

c) Return the power leads plus the little adapter that allows you to plug it into the bottom of the phone

with mine (orig spv) it was just the handset, nothing else, remove your battery and sd card, cos they will not return them if you forget

simple way is to be ready with the phone when the driver arrives with the new one, if he brings a new battery then swap tht aswell :D

Same with all the nokias I've had replaced. But she was very emphatic!

Well, I got a whole new box, and the courier would only take the changer, handset and battery. So now I have an extra syncing cradle for work

I have just sent mine back also to get a replacemtn to see if it is any better. not too fussed about it though.

The 150 lady still sounds "tinny".
