Guest projectandrew Posted December 1, 2003 Report Posted December 1, 2003 I've recently got one of the new E200's - I have a very slight buzz, but didn't notice it until people mentioned it on here, and does not distract from normal phone conversations. The other problems, such as the joystick and other bugs do not really bother me, but battery is fairly important. For example, I charged the phone overnight, took it to work, and by 3pm it was down to 60%, having only made a couple of short calls, and playing a little bit with the menus -very bad! Anyway, I have a SanDisk Ultra-II 256MB SD card in the phone, and thought this might be affecting battery life. I removed it and over the course of the past three hours, its only dropped 2%!! I've not used it, only to check battery life - this is more what I would expect! Can anyone else try this? If you have reported crap battery life, are you also using an SD card of any sort? This might be in line with peoples thoughts of applications accessing the card every so often, and so using up the battery quicker.... I am going to experiment with different combinations etc over the next couple of days, to see what battery life I can get out of the phone.
