Guest mike-oh Posted December 1, 2003 Report Posted December 1, 2003 Put a cd in your cd drive and rip away! Of course it should be an original  Do a quick google for cd rippers or download winamp3 or use windows media player.
Guest gsmmad Posted December 2, 2003 Report Posted December 2, 2003 thanx for this i managed to get a few tunes onto my phone lolz
Guest mike-oh Posted December 2, 2003 Report Posted December 2, 2003 yes it makes the files smaller. If you use windows media player to do the job it makes .wma type files instead of .mp3. This is arguably better as you get better sound quality from smaller files. Plus using windows media player is pretty user friendly. If you treat yourself to a nice new 128/256mb memory card you should be able to get several cd's on your phone at least!
Guest gsmmad Posted December 2, 2003 Report Posted December 2, 2003 how can i do it on windows media player? oh yeah and i am getting a new memory card asap as i could only get like 5 files on their lol
Guest mike-oh Posted December 3, 2003 Report Posted December 3, 2003 There is a copy cd option somewhere in media player. Make sure you have the latest version, version 9. You can download it free from microsofts webpage. In the options menu in media player you want to turn the quality down, you won't notice that much difference in quality but you'l get a load more tunes on!
