Fonix Voice dial

Hi

I have bought the Fonix voice dial for my SPV but every time I try to install it I get 'Fonix VoiceDial.Cab failed to install on your device'

anyone came across this before

not on this app but on others. Sometimes the installed doesn't detect that you are using a smartphone but that shouldn't happen with this app as there are different installers for each platform. What is the name of the file that you downloaded from fonix.com?

hmm, I don't remember that but mine was titled "Fonix VoiceDial SmartPhone.exe" Have you contact Fonix support yet?

that sounds typical of fonix, they usually take a few days to respond. That's very strange that you are getting that error. Sorry I couldn't help more.

I had the same problem and then realised I had downloaded the wrong file, you need the trial version then if you like it you can then upgrade at a cost obviously.

i installed the fonix voice dial.it has a problem hearing the name i want to call.all it understands is "goodbye" or "quit".

Keep trying, after it has recognised a name it will then ask you if it is correct. If you say yes it will store your voice on the phone and it will recognise you every time.

It does take some patience though :lol:

i have purchased the software and lost the serial number email and have emailed the support but 2 weeks later nothing ,a bad response which is a way to make people download cracked versions something i dont want to do but will if needed
