Hi,im looking for some good backgrounds as i dont really like skins and just use simple xml skins with a wallpaper,Im after like windows backdrops like bliss or somthing like the default Smartphone 2003 backdrops,Thanks in advance

Here's my collection of background wallpapers. There's 220 in there!. Hope This file isn't too big. I have all of these in a folder on my storage card, and use the free program ' jeyo personalizer ' to change the background every 15 minutes. It's great, The phone looks different everytime I pick it up.

Here's an alternative XP Bliss with more sky and less ground. Ideal for a full layouts as black text isn't too visible on the ground and white doesn't show over the sky.

I made it. :lol:

It's basically the XP bliss wallpaper scaled down and trimmed, with the 16px most recently used plugin.

The bold text is 400 weight rather than regular bold and the icons and separator bars are drawn on the backdrop rather than positioned as shortcut icons.

I'll release it as soon as I can work out what do do with the missed calls plugin (like where to put it!)

Cheers for the sky_bliss background AdrianFRST, looks good with the E200 Orange theme, the MRU fits beautifully into the grass!

I made a pocketpc-like homescreen a few months ago.. It uses bitmaps for the little icons on the side rather then drawing them on the backdrop, this way they move with the plugin if a hidden plugin (like missed calls or allday app.) is displayed

Hmmm.. I don't think its fancy enough for the download section, plus I don't have an installer for it etc.

As soon as I get an installer working for it i will..

In the mean time I've edited it to accomodate GREG FRIEGER'S SMARTBATT plugin (which is excellent !) :lol:

It now looks even more like my pocketpc 8)

Good one... I guess the one without Smartbatt would work on an E200 providing the "normal" plugin's like calender etc. are still configured the same..

The Smartbatt plugin I really don't know, it was just released today and I have no idea whether Greg Frieger made it compatible with SP2003.. You could ask em at his website, I've linked to it in the post above.
