Syncing and storage

Hi all,

Is there a way I can do this:

Use the phone for email when I am away from my PC, then, when I am at home sync with my home PC, so I download the emails on my PC and sync them with my phone?

It seems I can only do one or the other.

Also, can I setup my phone to use my SD card for extra storage for email etc? As the 10mb fills up with email pretty quick on my MPx200!
