How do I delete all data from an E200

I'm getting a replacement E200 2moro & don't want my data to be left on the fone :x

Do I just need to do a Hard Reset :?:

turn off, turn on while holding the record button. As soon as the "press any key" screen comes up, press and HOLD the action button (push down the joystick). Then choose 8 to blank it all. Turn it on one last time and it'll go through an init process.
