Cannot capture camera data :(

Ive noticed that when trying to record video or take a pic on the E200 I sometimes get a glitchy screen and then it says 'cannot capture camera data'

Does this happen to anyone else or should I return my SPV for a replacement? Im not sure ifs a software fault (I could reset the handset) or a hardware fault with the camera.

Also does anyone else have to press the 8 key harder than the others for it to register?

I think it is a software problem. My 8 key seems fine though..
