i have a SPV E100 in portugal, unlocked and decert...

what's the use of Line 2 option? here in portugal i can't make/recieve any calls or send/recieve any sms....

Line two is a feature Orange network provide, it allows you to have two numbers on your phone so you can have a business number and a personal one etc.
