hi room 1st post i have an E100 and it was working fine

but from yesterday somethins up i cant view my phone contacts or change rongtones or even sync it usin my cradle as it dont het recgonised im at wits enddddddddddd jus want to get it workin again

any help would be appreciated

Depending what you have done to your phone (if anything) your only option

may be to do a Hard Reset :?
