Phone crashes when trying to transfer to incoming call

Is it just me or has anyone else suffered from the phone crashing when you're on a call and you get another incoming call? I tried hanging up on the current call (red hangup key) and then to answer the incoming call with the green button.

The phone was responding by clicking but it refused to take the call. There was lots of me yelling "hello" at it in the hope it would connect me to the call before I decided it needed to be turned off and on again.

Anyone else suffered this problem?

This is a pretty basic call function which doesnt seem to work on my mpx200, (one of many basic functions which this phone lacks/or does very badly on). Hell, while i'm at it, why dont I just list all my gripes now!

1. Call handling as mentioned above

2. You cant hold down the button on the handsfree kit to activate voice dialling (my first nokia 4 years ago did that)

3. No sms resending if send failed (my first ericsson 6 years ago did that!)

4. No easy access to the alarm settings, you have to go deep into the system settings to do this

All software problems not hardware, so if you point the problems out to them they should be able to do something about it.
