HELP ME PLEASE!!! Sms receive problem SPV !!!

Hi all

I have from some day the SPV but I have one problem.

Tree or more times at day I must restart my spv because it dont receive the sms and when someone want to call me, he cant !!!!

Why????

I resolve the problem if I use the HARD RESET???

Please help me!!

What OS update are you running on your SPV?

If you do the HARD RESET do you think I can resolve my problem ?

Or I can install another OS version ?

A hard reset will restore the phone to its "out of the box" state as i'm sure you are aware. This is a last resort but, to be honest, i'm not sure what else to suggest apart from ringing Orange and complaining (assuming that's your operator?).

I'm Italian and the spv is Swiss...

As i say, it may be worth getting in contact with your operator first. If not then all i can think of is to hard reset i'm afraid. If it comes to that remember to sync your phone to ensure that all of your contacts and calender entries etc are backed up.

One question .... I need a SD card to make Hard Reset ?

Its not essential but it does make it a lot easier as it slows the process down allowing you more time to catch the click any key prompt.
