Guest sgray Posted December 4, 2003 Report Posted December 4, 2003 Hello... I've just had a massive row with Orange, as they said the phone would be delivered today, but because I called them up, I found out the phone has not even left their depot yet. I basically told them to stuff their network, and am planning to reject the delivery of the MPX when it eventually arrives sometime next week - but am considering the following options: a - buying it SIM free (400 gbp) and then using another network b - going to vodafone/O2 and and get an mpx when it comes out on the 15/12/03 (89gbp and 149gbp approx respectively) Any thoughts?
Guest Du2ty Posted December 4, 2003 Report Posted December 4, 2003 True to say Orange do have their finger up the proverbial bumhole when it comes to delivery and I do get quite bend out of shape when handset's dont arrive when im told they are. Half the problem I find it Shitty Link's cack handed aprroch to deliveries, handsets ive bought in the past have been dispatched from the depo days ago and ive recieved them 4 or 5 days after I should have (All have been next day delivery) But when all is said and done Orange do have huge ammount of orders every day so a bit of leaway wouldnt go a miss though im getting stressed out waiting for my MPX200 10 days and counting  even a call to there sales line is a joke, nobody answers!! As for Voda and the mighty o2 I personally wouldnt touch them again with a bargepole. Ive had issues with coverage, poor customer service and billing from both of them, unlike the faultless Orange!
