Moving Contacts

I want get the contacts off my work phone onto my E200. The contacts are stored on my work sim card, if I put this in my E200 I can view the contacts but it does not sync them with Outlook, I guess because they are not stored on the phone.

How do I copy them across and sync them :?:

You can copy them one at a time, I understand, because they appear at the bottom of your contacts.

On the SPV / E100 you had a program called SIM Manager that would do it for you, but this appears to have disappeared on the E200
