Guest getwired Posted December 6, 2003 Report Posted December 6, 2003 Hey everyone - sorry, but I am just posting away today as this is the first day I have really had to play with my phone since I received it. I am looking for my MPx200 to somewhat replace my Dell Axim as I find it more portable. However, I am having problems with my sync. I already posted my issues with Mocrosoft Money, however I am now noticing that my Outlook notes are not being copied to my phone. I looked at my sync settings and see no option to add Notes (although I see it for my Axim). Are notes not supported on SmartPhone 2002? That would really suck as I store door passcodes for work and such in these notes. Please let me know if there is a way around this. Thank you all for your help!
Guest edmaceymacleod Posted December 6, 2003 Report Posted December 6, 2003 From what I have read microsoft didn't include Notes in the Smartphone version of Outlook however there is SmartNotes available: http://www.syncdata.it/download.html I haven't downloaded it so couldn't comment on it.
Guest soccerwrek Posted December 6, 2003 Report Posted December 6, 2003 I use SmartNotes. It's a ok. The only problem I run into is that whenever I do a hard reset, I have to reload the program, as I do with the rest of the programs I use that are not a part of the ROM.
Guest getwired Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 I downloaded the SmartphoneNotes trial, and it seems to work fine. Unfortunate that Microsoft did not include this in 2002 - wonder why... For anyone interested, you may find the trial here: http://www.smartphone.net/software_detail....teid=279&id=185
