SPV-E200 on ATTWS in the US

I have some questions for anybody else who has a SPV-E200 and using it on the ATTWS GSM network in the US.

First I need the setup information for MMS. Next I was told the MPx-200 would not be able to use the new mMOde site due to the lack of support on CSS. What is the address to get to the regular mMode home page?
