Guest opbyrne Posted December 7, 2003 Report Posted December 7, 2003 This is a cool program for keeping track of GPRS and SMS usage but it has stopped working. When it came to the reset date for the counters (on the 3rd) it just keeps flashing up "counters reset" every 2 seconds and the only way out is to do a free mem in task manager or turn the phone off? ANy ideas how to fix it? Cheers
Guest Jasonkruys Posted December 7, 2003 Report Posted December 7, 2003 I think it does that anyway, you dont get a choice of where to install it, as I recall. I had this same problem and they only way to fix it was to uninstall it and re-install it. The uninstall is poor as well as it leaves the directory on the phone intact, and the registry entries as well. I decided not to put it back on in the end, as its usefullness is hindered by the fact you havent got a lot of configuration. I''l be waiting for newer versions that may include things like including configuration of inclusive minutes, GPRS and text messages at a different rate (ie the bundles).
Guest azamsaghir Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 I also found iMeter blocks your access to the internet when using Internet Explorer. Only way to regain access is to quit iMeter. Azam
