accesing internet

hi..good day everybody. i need advise or suggestions. I have completed the mio setup to access the internet. but when i tried to access the net, message given were ' this url is not properly formatted. Please verify that you have entered the address correctly'. I check and confirmed that the address/url was entered correctly.
