Application unlocked phone

Hi there. I am about to take my phone in to Orange later today for it to be sent off to Hayes for repair. Just want to check if my phone will be ok with it being application unlocked (I did it through the orange developers website), or should I re-lock it? I just don't want Hayes to turn round and say I shouldn't have unlocked it and therefore they won't repair my phone, or something along those lines!

Seeing as it is possible to officially unlock your phone via Orange's OTA method I see no reason why HTC should moan?
