Best affordable Bluetooth headset?

Recommended Posts

I'm going to buy a bluetooth headset to go with my E200. Not sure what to get but I'm looking to spend no more than £60. The jabra looks good @ £50, and the plantronics m3000 can be had for £52 on ebay. Has anyone tried both? what about other models?

thanks in advance

I've got a Motorola HSW8000 and it seems to work as well as any other

Got it from e-bay for £39.99 :D :) :D

I have the jabra and can recommend it, its comfortable and discrete, the range is not amazing but the sound quality is very good.

The motorola HS 810 works great with my e200! Looks great too, the bright neon blue flashing light make it look v stylish, much nicer and lighter than the HS 8000.

I can second that.

It can be found here for £39.99.

i bought mine from The Link for £49.99, but it came with a 'free' phone holder which retails at £9.99.

Well, after trying both, I went with the plantronics m3000, the jabra looked just a bit too big to me. Anyway, the headset seems to work fine, although when used with the E200 it can't do all the stuff the salesman demo'd to me, i.e. dialing from the headset ( press twice for last number re-dial ), press and hold to activate voice dialing ( obviously unavailable on e200 anyway, although I don't know why, my old mobile had voice dialing 4 years ago!! ).

A quick question to bluetooth headset users, Can the headset be used with the pc? I've linked my pc to my headset, but can't get any sound through it. Is it possible?

Thanks in advance

How did you get the sound through m8?

What dongle are you using?
