ROM and RAM - simple question

Hi, I have a question.

If I go to the 'About' of my Smartphone (I have a HTC Voyager-Smartphone 2003) I see the following:

Total Storage: 30.33MB

Total Memory: 17:67

And if I go to the System Info on the Task Manager, I see more or less the same:

Flash Information - STORAGE (Flash): 30.33MB

Memory Information - Total Memory: 18.51MB

(I don't have any card inserted)

Can anybody tell me how much RAM and how much ROM I have in total?
