E200/2003 OS Unknown Caller Behavior

For some strange reason when I get a call sometimes it flashes the caller then goes to a strange state of flashing between "Unknown Caller" and the home page. You can't anwer the call and you find 9 repeated "Unknown" in the history followed by the real caller who was calling. It does not happen all of the time but is 75%+ of the time.

Any thoughts? I'm using an unlocked phone straight from Orange via their developer site. Using a t-mobile SIM in it.
