Making Plugins invisible when Call in Progress

Hi, Here's my homescreen at the moment. It works well but gets messed up when the Missed Calls or call in progress plugins are visible. I was wondering if it's possible to hide a plugin, depending on whether there is a missed call or call in progress? (I would want to hide the profile or Windows media plugin)
