Here's my artists impression of how the next generation of phones will look. Advanced features include:

Free Calls to selected people - no peak period

Full colour video calling facility - see the person you're talking to, it's like really being there!

Reactive Force Feedback - it's almost like being physically connected.

Sound quality - completely pure analogue sound, no possibility of interference (unless a bird sits on the line)

Simplicity of operation - children and even some adults can grasp the concept equally well.

I've never owned one, so I don't know if you'd get used to it, but the "3" phones are damn ugly and they're HUGE!

There have been a lot of reports of 3 having problems with the handsets as well, don't know if that's just rumour though.

I was waiting for some dust to settle but OCS have just called to offer the E200 for £99.99 (upgrade not due till Feb) so I might just go with it. You never know, if a lot is happening next year they'll probably be making similar offers to keep us sweet :lol:
