I could not upgrade my SPV E100 from 1.5 swiss to 1.6 danish

a couple a month ago I by a mistake installed 1.5 swiss ROM and it was working fine but as im living in denmak i tried to install the new 1.6 danish version but it didnt allow me. said that the versions are not compatible and that i have to contact the vendor. I tried to do that from canary page but the upsgrading window on my desktop that says "Checking the information on SPV... Please wait".. seems to get to freeze always. I waited for 2 hours and nothing happened. Any suggestion please?
