Equaliser to reduce bass?

Surely someone must be able to create a piece of sofware that can do this. It simply has to reduce the bass tones which go to the speaker., (not that I know how to do it). I had an original SPV and was amazed at the software people created for that. I'm sure someone can sort this out.

If it isnt sorted out soon I'm afraid I'll have to jump on to the moto ship.
