Jayo Personalizer launch problem

I use this great program and have it set to change background every 15 minutes. However, when I cold boot my phone I get the error message something like ' unable to launch /storage card/jeyo personalizer/background.exe.

I've tried installing the program to internal memory instead but the result is the same. Is this happening to anyone else? I'm using a E200. I have filled in a bug repot at jeyo's site.
