Can't hear a thing

Two nights ago, no sound came out of my phone's speaker. Can't use it to play my mp3s, my tones, or even use it for calling! Nope, not stuck in headset mode (the profile would say so). Even if I use the headset, no sound comes out of it. A barrel of Guinness to the one who can help me.

handle when you reboot phone is there any sound at all? and is there sound if you plug the headset in? Also have you recently used a new sync and chanrge cradle, or modified your cradle at all?

Hard reset, if it's still there my little knowledge might say it's a hardware fault and a call to OCS will be required.

Can make a GPRS connection to the internet and successfully download internet pages ?

Also can you initiate a dial-up connection (WAP or otherwise) and download pages?

Did all you said...no effect. Phone can still get online though. No sound even when headsets are plugged in. Think I'd call OCS tomorrow. Oh, btw, I always get an error message when i use yahoo messenger. It says "The page is malformed". Can't retrieve nor read my messages. Be my Santa. Please help. :D :lol: :)

As Ferret says, if a Hard Reset doesn't solve this you have a hardware fault and will have to get O to replace it
