Incorrect display of homescreen app icons

Firstly, I gotta say well done to you guys: what a great site! Even this n00b has been able to learn to code his own home screens. Thanks.

My problem is that I just can't get the code right to display the correct shortcut for SmartphoneNotes: it shows it properly in the MRU but not when I add my own shortcuts.

Can anyone help me please guys?

Icons for the shortcuts can only be made from a list contained in the ROM. If you click the word plugin, you will find all the info you need!
